  • Unauthorized surveillance of individuals
  • Discrimination based on any protected characteristic
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Automated scraping beyond API rate limits
  • Reselling data obtained through this service without authorization

2. FCRA Disclaimer

This service is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use information from this service for purposes covered by the FCRA, including but not limited to: employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, or any other purpose requiring FCRA compliance.

3. Data Accuracy

Information provided through this service is gathered from publicly available sources and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Data should be independently verified before being relied upon for any decision.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

6. Rate Limits

Each subscription tier has specific rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

7. API Usage

API keys are for your use only and may not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused or shared.

8. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on information obtained through it.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
